The chemical contents and properties of the mineral waters of Jermuk belong to hydrocarbonate-sulphate, natrium, silicate waters. In their chemical characteristics they resemble the mineral waters of Jeleznovodsk and Karloviy Var.
According to medic-balneologists, the waters of Jermuk are very useful for people’s health. The German prominent doctor, journalist I. Wiazinosan said in one of his observations:
